19 May 2008 As per India Government's Industrial Policy A small enterprises is referred to as an enterprises which has Capital investment of upto Rs. 5 Crores and less, A medium enterprises is referred to as an enterprise which has capital investment of more than Rs. 5 Crores upto Rs. 10 Crores.

Schedule VI is the form on which the summary of Financial results of a company to be presented to the ROC while filing the yearly return. It is mandatory to fill the field in the said form to disclose the size of the company thorugh the clasification as explained above
