I want to know
the difference between
Employee Slno. and deductee
refernce no in etds.
In case of 24Q i am providing
the personal number of the Employee which is provided by the company
in the etds Return.
What is Deductee Refernce number is this also same as Employee Slno.
Please clear my Doubt.

Vivek sir, Just leave the column. This is not a mandatory field in 26Q. If you want to put any number in 24Q, then you may use the Numeric letters of concerned Deductee's PAN.But same number to be used in all the 4 quarterly returns for a deductee.

In the Latest FVU version 4.4
If the PAN is invalid or not available
then this Column is Mandatory both in 24Q and 26Q.

If PAN is not available you must use a 10 digit alphanumeric code for each deductee.
