CMA presents audited financials and projections of a business unit in a excel form which will automatically calculates essential ratios (performance and financial indicators) used for decision making by the bankers. It captures financial items with more clarity so that bankers will be able to take informed decision.

Basically CMA is for Working Capital Loan.

Prof.Google will help you in getting d format. For term loans also CMA should be submitted along with DSCR, Break even and sensitivity analysis.
