I have to file GSTR1 what is cess amount of b2b sheet.

In case you are supplying item on which cess is applicable and you are charging cess from recipient , the same amount need to be mentioned in cess coloum

It is not CGST, SGST or IGST
It is an additional charge levied on some specified goods Cess is applicable on Pan Masala , Ciggrette etc
