What & how to fill itr4

24 November 2013 Dear Sir,

my income is only through commission(SBILIFE & Sahara India).
so for that kindly suggest me how and what to fill, as ITR-4 contains 28 sheets.

kindly suggest me which sheet is applicable for me.
I am very grateful for the same.

25 November 2013 you need to fill "Part P&L" and "Part BS" sheet. whether the whole sheet is to be filled or not shall depend on whether or not section 44AA is applicable to your case or not.

other sheets to be looked at are "BP" for tax adjustments to P&L. "CG-OS" to show income such as interest income on bank deposits etc.

Other sheets to be filled:

"Part A - General"

"Nature of Busines"
"Part - AOI:

"Part B - TI - TTI"

"DPM_DOA" and/or "Unabsorbed Depreciation" if you have any asset

"CYLA -BFLA" and "CFL" if you have losses

"80_" to claim chapter VI-A deduction

"80G" if you have made any charitable donation

"IT" for self assessment tax

"TDS-TCS" for availing tds credit
