DEAR SIR KINDLY PROVIDE DETAILS OF C FORM AND WHAT DETAILS REQUIRE TO SUBMIT C FORM

Mr Anony,: 'C' forms can be issued for purchase of trsded goods,machiinery,packing materials etc which are declared in your CST RC. You should make purchase of these goods from a Regd dealer of another state.They should issue an invoice ,with a printed Sl no,date,amount charged and the goods.These are to be quoted with the supplier's name address etc,in website of concerned VAT dept.Prior to that it should be declared in the returns.Mostly,'C' forms are obtained through on-line only in all states....mjk
