Sir,
If outstation person wants to make a IT file in present state then which address have to be filled in ITR.
Whether the permanent address where the person actually live or the present address of the person??

There is hard and fast rules to mention to mention present address or permanent address. If you have contact address in present address than better you can file return mentioning present address.
