The Concern is service provider of supply of tangible goods. Concern is purchase the exciseable goods But concern is not manufacturer of Product , only trading of product.
Concern has unutilized excise credit
Ouestions :
1. Wether concern is avail credit against service tax ?
2. concern is claim refund of unutilized excise credit ?
