We are Regitred under Central Excise.
we have sent one machine to a customer,an approved basis,under annexure challan-II,
Now the customer wants to purchase and keep the machine.
can we raise the invoice with out receiving back to machine.if so how can we close the annexure.please help me.

Yes. After raising the invoice inform the department along with a copy of invoice and purchase order and payment receipt details, if any.
