We have not received provisional id and password

We have been registered under VAT. We have not received provisional ID and password for enrolment for GST.
as enquired with department they are saying it comes directly.

Kindly suggest if there is any option to get provisional ID and password.

29 June 2017 Request the VAT dept to send it again the provisional id, Check the e mail ID given correctly to VAT dept.

29 June 2017 Contact to your Nodal Officer and if it is Cancelled then go for Appeal and Restore it and then the Officer will send one mail to SAP (IT) Department and your Provisional ID will Come in next Phase.
Even I had done the same and now I have got my Provisional ID in 6th Phase. But you need to follow up to your Nodal Officer in this regard's.

01 July 2017 When is the Next phase. Ours is a
gas agency and we can't generate bills without GST no.
Kindly help us in getting provisional ID and password.
