sir,
We have been registered under VAT. We have not received provisional ID and password for enrolment for GST.
as enquired with department they are saying it comes directly.
Kindly suggest if there is any option to get provisional ID and password.

Request the VAT dept to send it again the provisional id, Check the e mail ID given correctly to VAT dept.

CTO OFFICE people say it is auto generated and not in their hands.

Take up the issue with next level officer. E mail id may be wrong.

Contact to your Nodal Officer and if it is Cancelled then go for Appeal and Restore it and then the Officer will send one mail to SAP (IT) Department and your Provisional ID will Come in next Phase.
Even I had done the same and now I have got my Provisional ID in 6th Phase. But you need to follow up to your Nodal Officer in this regard's.
