Wct tds on events managment services

15 October 2012 one Events managment Company has raised the bill in which it has levied VAT on Dinner and Beverage items while levied service Tax on other services like Venue Rental, STAGE,DJ,Projecor services etc

As per Nature it seems Comprehensive contract .

Should WCT TDS should be deducted on this bill amount.
