IT DEPENDS ON THE VAT ACT FOR CALCULATING THE SERVICE PORTION (LABOUR INVOLVED) AND HENCE KINDLY SEE UNDER WHAT SECTION YOU ARE PAYING VAT TO YOUR LOCAL TAX AUTHORITY AND BALANCE IS ATTRACTING SERVICE TAX.
