Hi, what are waybills ? why we will use thes way bills?

for interstate( out of state) purchase the buyer provide waybill or road permit to seller, in which seller provides details of consignment and sends along with consignment,

Way bills are those bills which are issued for purchase of inter state sales but the goods have not reached the concerned state and in the way you have issued a purchase bill.
