Warranty sale on behalf of principle

My Client is associates with Tata Motors, they are repairing vehicle under warranty on behalf of Tata Motors. Bill they r giving customer with 0 value as vehicle is under warranty.but spare parts value they r claiming to Tata Motors . Pls suggest accounting processers

you can make sale bill in name of tata motor . every company give prescribed format for internal challan or they demand the sales invoice for under warranty spares and lubricants and labour seperately.
