I want to file ITR 1 so please clarifes my doubts.

Best Option is to Register your PAN and file ITR online. No need to go to any ward and circle Simply sent the Acknowledgment to CPC Banglore (Full ADD mentioned in ITR).
You can check your awrd/circle by logging in to Income Tax website.
If you are filing return for AY 2010-11 your return will be belated return to be filed u/s 139(4).
You can register your PAN from following link--
