Want transfer to do articleship with other firm

currently I m doing articleship with a firm based in Mumbai.I registered with firm on sep 2, 2013. Now I want to take transfer and wish to do article ship with other firm. Can I do the same?? I have not completed one year of article ship. plzz suggest me.
