Want to transfer to the new ca course

03 July 2017 Respected sir/mam I am Deepanshu Khandelwal a student registered in ca ipcc course on 1 st 2012 but due to my health issue I am not able to give even a single attepmt till now. Mam / sir my revalidation is also done in 2016 but now I am fit and fine and I want to transfer to the new course of ca ipcc I.e ca intermediate mam/sir is it possible. And if yes then please tell me is icai take full registration fees again. Kindly reply as soon as possible.
