26 October 2013 yes if u have completed B.com with min 55% marks then u can directly opt for ipcc and skip cpt exam.

you need to register for ca ipcc and need to complete 9 months of min articleship training under a practicing ca and also complete itt training and orientation prog for writing ipcc exam.
