25 July 2011 I want to know the date of incorporation of HUF as per I.T.deptt. I know the PAN no. of HUF. Is there any way i can get the date of incorporation of HUF

25 July 2011 u can know it by seeing the huf deed...

25 July 2011 No document is required for the purpose of
formation of HUF.
HUF does not have any deed.
The date can be seen on the PAN Card itself.

If you do not have PAN card, refer Form 49A
Application Form.

If you do not have that also, try it by registering at incometaxindiaefiling site
and fill up the date of incorporation as 01/01/0001.

Also ask the client about his marriage date, or the bate of birth of the first child. Try these dates also while registering at efiling site.
