21 June 2014 what are the supportings to be checked for following cash payments.
a) wages paid to driver
b) house keeping charges paid.

21 June 2014 For Wages paid check if they r permanent laborers or r on contract basis. If permanent then check whether proper register is maintained for payment to them, and whether it is signed by the receiver regularly or not. If contract then check the contract properly, and also check applicability of TDS & ST.

For house keeping charges there must b an agreement.

21 June 2014 there is no agreement or contract between labour and co. they r paid based on the basis of direction received from hr manager .then what shoud we do?
