10 November 2012 He guys i have joined my articleship 1.5 months before, During this period i have only done vouching, Isn't it is too much boring, suggest how to get rid of it

11 November 2012 you just stepped up in Auditing. Vouching is the first step and within 1.5 mnths you want to get rid off.
It seems you have not been told how it benefits you and good for your career, if you seriously want to pursue.
Instead of escap think of learning behind it.

13 November 2012 Sir, My principal sent me to a Big Private Ltd. co. which has thousands of vouchers daily & I have to do 6 months vouching of its 13 branches and head office. Does it benefit to me

13 November 2012 just dont tick each voucher... read it understand it. If you regorously do it for good amount if time you will not have to put more emphasis on Audit module.

17 November 2012 Sir Are you familiar with CAATs, if yes, then could you help me to know that how can idea software used in caats can help in vouhing and other techniques etc. Plz. elaborate your answer which you want to give.
My principal has said that you have to do 6 months vouching and if i calculate the no. of vouchers they are up to 60000 to 70000 approx., I can understand class of vouchers, like in cash vouching i can understand the 10 or 20 vouchers and all remaining have same nature and you had said that understand the vouchers. plz. suggest me some tactics to do it efficiently without making my mined tired. is there any software for vouching other than tally, if yes please suggest...
