DEAR SIR,
IF WE WITHDRAWAN CASH FROM BANK WHICH VOUCHER WE HAVE TO WRITE. BANK RECEIPT VOUCHER OR CASH RECEIVT VOUCHER AND IF WE DEPOSDIT THE CASH IN TO BANK WHICH VOUCHER WE HAVE TO WRITE CASH PAYMENT VOUCHER OR BANK PAYMENT VOUCHER. PLEASE GIVE THE ANSWERS.

Normally common voucher is used for both and you just need to mention or tick whether its bank of cash voucher.
if they are separately maintained then
on cash withdrawan - bank payment voucher
on cash deposit - cash payment voucher.
if they are separately maintained then
on cash withdrawan - bank payment voucher
on cash deposit - cash payment voucher.

Generally Bank to Cash & Cash to Bank transactions we need to pass the entry called "Contra entry". which appears cash and bank both
