I would like to know whether there is any kind of relief available for amount received under voluntary retirement scheme received by an non governement employee so that he can tax his voluntary compensation received in parts?

No. Not really as such. See if your case fits well into section 89 subject to, however the scheme. If the scheme is approved, then the answer would be different.
