07 April 2022 Hi ,Could you please provide clarity on acceptance of virtual address as address for the purpose of registration of a company by MCA /any other statutory body?

07 April 2022 Yes, Virtual Office can be used for Company Registrations with MCA and Registrar of Companies and for GST in case of Private Limited Companies & LLP.

07 April 2022 I don't think any specific notification issued.
Present days business done through computers.
Virtual address providers takes care of requirements of MCA.

07 April 2022 Yes you cna register your company/LLP using a virtual address.
The documents have to be complete to get the registration.
