viewing public documents

23 July 2009 Dear experts
i wanted to view public documents online of a particular company for which i have visited mca.gov.in website and there i was asked to pay Rs 50/- online to view the documents, even when i paid the same and got the payment receipe and SRN number, iam not able to view any of the docs. could you please let me know whether we have to take this payment acknowledgement and view the docs physically at ROC or is there any problem with my computer ( my system has got Java enabled and later IE browser ), or is there any problem with the Ministry itself.

No need to worry at all. Go go mca site again and login then click on my document where you will be able to see name and details of required company and can take a print of those but you can view these document online for 3 hours only and after viewing you want a certified copy of this then you have to go to Roc office on a very next day with that challan and challan should be on the name of that person who is going for inspection to ROC. if that challan is in name of company then take a authority letter from the company to view public document.

If that company CIN start with U60......on wards, you have to go to Jui Nagar ROC office to view the public documents.
