How to verified bank ITR-V of income tax of client without password when client apply for loan

bank have data from which the easily trace with help of pan you are defaulter or not.

but sir bank gives return to CA for itr verification(certified) in this case how to CA verified(certified) return??????????

they take for verify of return not for credit/ or loan defaulter as one person a make with any bank earlier.
