I want to know the facts to be considered before deciding to go for venture capital financing. Any specific poiters for the same, please let me know ..!!

Concepts of the venture should be very strong. At the time of finance; the financial institutions will see the risk involved.
If rewards are high enough and in near future more opportunities are there; then it will be easy to get finance for such projects.
Make a market survey about the need and usefulness of the product you wish to go.
If project is technical one and that technique is not open yet to others; then also your project is sound.
