30 January 2012 Dear Experts, just want to check if i have paid some expenses on behalf of client & getting same reimbursed from him, who has to retain the original bills.

need circular or some notification on this.

No circular or some notification on these are issued.

For example; if you lodge a claim on Insurance Company; then you are required to submit it all the original bills.
