I have submitted VCES with the department. But the email I'd in the form is incorrect. Also I don't have service tax login
so how do I know if the form is accepted or deficiency memo issued

You will vces 2 if it is accepted. They will contact on registerwd number if there is any deficiency.

No issue with that.. Your duty to file VCES-1 is complete.. Now the deptt will send intimation or deficiency memo on your contact details as you shown in VCES-1
and also no matter you have ST login or not... for return filling in future you must need it.. so go to ST deptt and get your login id and password in just 10 min.
