20 September 2013 If a service provider has not filed service tax return from July 2012 to September 2012 but has paid his service tax then will he be eligible for VCES scheme?

20 September 2013 Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme, 2013 provides you with a golden opportunity to pay all your ‘tax dues’ from the period 01.10.2007 to 31.12.2012 without interest, penalty and other legal proceedings including prosecution.
Apply on or before 31.12.2013 in the prescribed format.

20 September 2013 but as explained in my query, is that service provider is eligible if the case is like what i explained in my query

20 September 2013 In my opinion you are eligible,

As The scheme can be availed by non-filers or stop-filers or persons who have not made a truthful declaration in their return. However, it will not be applicable to persons against whom any inquiry or investigation is pending by issue of search warrant or by way of audit.
