27 December 2013 Anyone wants to apply for VCES 2013 but not deposited service tax Jan 2013 to till today if he paid 50% tax up to Dec 2012 and 100% tax up to Nov 2013 with interest before 31/12/13 can be eligible for apply VCES 2013.
And his service tax up to Dec 2012 Rs. 150000/- and CENVAT of Rs. 100000/- then his service tax due of Rs. 50000/- or 150000/-.
