02 December 2013 I have service tax payable for the Fy 2008-2012. I also have CENVAT credit available but in VCES CENVAT Creit cannot be used so can i pay the Service tax in VCES and use the Credit later.

02 December 2013 You can utilise CENVAT credit later. Same was also clarified in a seminar in new delhi by our honourable FM Mr Chidambaram.
