08 October 2013 while applying for VCES is one cannot claim service tax input credit. But can u carry forward the input credit (of the vces period) and claim it to reduce your current service tax liability ?

09 October 2013 As of now, there is no clarity from the deparment to claim the cenvat for the material period (vces scheme period) in the subsequent period.
