pls tell me the applicability of VAT & ST% in case of. works contract towards company & others than company?

You have to charge 14.5% on 70 % Vat & on 40% you have to charge 14.5%.
In case of WCT Services if your status other than Company if you are billing for company than you can claim abatement 50%. If other than Company you can charge 14.5% St

Thank you sir but still I'm not cleared about it
if non company provides works contract then it will be 70% & 40% as per ur statement
if company provides WCT to other company then what % will come 70&30 or 70&40%
