Sir,
How to decide nature of business as Manufacturing or Works Contractor. If there is any criteria to differentiate between this two.

May be we can help you provided you give details of your business. it is difficult to give principles in general.

Sir,
Business includes both Material and Labour Service as AMC contract , but in the AMC required material was supplied by customer. So we have treat material as Sale at VAT rate in VAT return and Labour Charge as Service on which we have paid Service Tax.
please not i have doubt whether this Labour Charges was Liable for VAT on 60% value. or Not??

You are mentioning about VAT and Service tax. What's the period involved? Is it prior to 01.07.2017?
