13 June 2016 How does one treat vat on closing stock in a manufacturing concern for the quarterly return.Is it that you can claim full input vat even if there is a closing stock at the end of the month/quarter.Please revert!

17 June 2016 its depend on the state vat act. like in haryana vat deptt demand that you have to deposit the vat on the closing stock on return date.
