How does one treat vat on closing stock in a manufacturing concern for the quarterly return.Is it that you can claim full input vat even if there is a closing stock at the end of the month/quarter.Please revert!

its depend on the state vat act. like in haryana vat deptt demand that you have to deposit the vat on the closing stock on return date.
