28 January 2011 I going to file vat return for the financial year 2007-08. but it is not happening and after i brows and upload the rem file following massege displaying. can you please help me. how to upload my vat return for this financial year?
"Periodicity is not matching with Given Periodicity of the financial year 2007 - 2008 No Frequency Quarterly"

29 January 2011 the periodicity of the returns you are filing may be different in Sales tax department's record from what you have mentioned in the return.
to check what is the periodicity recorded with the department, go to home page of the site after logging in and go to the page "know your tin". this is the record that the sales tax dept is having. change the periodicity accordingly in the return you are filing and try uploading again
