Vat registration of a Joint Venture(not being a jV Co,) will be given on basis of Whose PAn.

Your query is not clear. I understand that you mean it to be a partnership firm.f it is correct then PAN no of all or each of the partners are to be furnished,although it is not mandatory.PAN card is furnished for the purpose of identification. A person seeking VAT registration can be identified by other methods also,like voters card,ration card passport etc....mjk

You have to apply for PAN Card in the name of JV and then VAT Registration will also be given in the name of JV. For JV you must enter into an contract properly drafted and the share of each owner of JV should be mentioned
