I have principal place of business in gurgaon. and i have a godown on agreement with C&F agent in okhla delhi. i want to take registration of delhi vat. what are the documents required for godown. Agreement of godown provide storage facility,send the goods to customer place and receive the goods from vendor.

1. copy of PAN of proprietor/Firm/Company
2. copy of ID proof & PAN of proprietor/partner/director
3. 2 photo in case of proprietor. 1 photo of each of partner/director. 1 additional photo for authorized signatory
4. copy of Partnership deed/MOA & AOA for partnership firm/company. Regd. certificate for other.
5. copy of Rent agreement
6. copy of Utility bill such as Electricity Bill/telephone bill
7. Cancelled cheque
