09 November 2013 i m selling exempted goods. i want to registred with sales tax ( mvat )
my monthly exempted turnover is 7-8 lacks.
can i get registation in rs. 500/- or either i will have to pay 25000/- ?

09 November 2013 If your taxable purchase is more than Rs.10000/- then you can apply for vat no. by paying Rs500/- otherwise you have to pay Rs. 25,000/- for voluntary registration. Just check you taxable purchase relates to your sale activity.
