dear sir whether i has to sale diamond of RS 1000000 and made bill whether i has to apply tin no or not.whether bill book made home address or office address... vat is applicable to diamond or not

Being a jeweller you must have TIN no....
Reply of ur query...pointwise...
1.You will have to issue proper invoice for sale of Rs 10 lakhs of jewellery, PAN of customer you have to ask and TCS of 1% will be collected from customer and deposit to Income tax department.
2. Invoices must be printed with same registered address as shown in VAT registration certificate.
3. VAT @ 1% will have to be charged on invoice value.

1) dear sir diamond means hera diamond whather tcs to be deducted 1% whether party account audited or not.
2)dear sir purchase value exceed rs 500000 i am liable to under vat registered and sir home address shown in may vat certificate whether i can issue bill to business place address.
