Suppose
if a unregistered dealer not in maharashtra, purchases from creditors inclusive of VAT. And Since he is unregistered dealer he cannt charge VAT to debtors. But can the VAT amt be recovered from debtor?and how?

No you can not recover vat

THANK YOU!!! BUT WHAT IF THE COMPANY IS IN TRADING BUSINESS WITH OUT PROFIT MARGIN AND SELLING THE GOODS EQUAL TO PURCHASE AMT. AND RAISING SEPERATE SERVICE FEE INVOICE. IN THIS SITUATION WILL VAT BE RECOVERED FROM DEBTORS????

In tht case it is advisable to obtain regestration so tht u can ger credit of tax paid or otherwise u may charge more service fees.
