Sir,
First, I want to know that the vat rates of Delhi and haryana.
Secondly, Also want to know that is the levy of surcharge applicable on vat in delhi and haryana. If yes, so how could we apply it.
And third, pls tel me the CST rate for f.y 2010-11.

in delhi 5% in haryana-5.5%.cst rate 2%
