19 November 2013 normal vat rate on DG set in wb is 14.5%.

Please tell me the vat rate on sale of DG set to unregistered dealer.

19 November 2013 register dealer can get vat credit and un registered dealer can not get benifit of vat. so in both case dealer to be charge vat 14.5%

Like register dealer CST rate is 2% and un-registered dealer rate is VAT rate of thw state.
