Can we calculate vat on service tax .
What my doubt is
Suppose Basic 10000
Service tax 1236
@12.36%
Total 11236
Vat @14.5% 1629.22
=11236*14.5%
Total Invoice amount is Rs12865.22
IS IT CORRECT ?

how vat and service tax ur charging as vat is on goods brought or sold and service tax only on services provided.
