Whether it is mandatory to pay lease tax in maharastra on 2 years back transaction in which service tax is allready paid...?

Lease is another form of sale. There will be no liability of Service Tax on this transaction.A wrong payment made to Service Tax dept does not exempt you from VAT. Liability arises even on past lease receipts.
