IT WILL VARY FROM STATE TO STATE NOTIFICATION ON VAT. THUS QUESTION NEEDS THE NAME OF THE STATE FOR WHICH RENT WAS OR IS TO TO BE PAID ON COMPUTOR RENTALS.

Yes.The rate of tax on computers will the rate of tax on lease income earned however will depend on the state.
