we are planing for a candey manufactring in Rajasthan .
want to advise on VAT regualtion

- should we send material directly from factory to other states ??

- factory to registrared dealer in rajasthan and after that to other state ??

- or any other way ??

there is any provision to save tax ??

28 July 2012 get registered under VAT and CST and then sell to dealers in raj or out of state...
