Dear Sir,
we are planing for a candey manufactring in Rajasthan .
want to advise on VAT regualtion
- should we send material directly from factory to other states ??
- factory to registrared dealer in rajasthan and after that to other state ??
- or any other way ??
there is any provision to save tax ??

get registered under VAT and CST and then sell to dealers in raj or out of state...
