plz tell me which schedule from form 704 is applicable in case of builders and developers and in which form returns should be submitted in form 231 or 233?

FORM NO.231 IS APPLICABLE TO THE BUILDERS UNDE MVAT ACT. Schedule I is applicable to the buiders.
