29 November 2009 which expenses can be included or should be excluded while preparing a VAT bill.
Expenses such as cartage/hale, labourcharges, transport chrgs etc. can be included before or after appling VAT on products. plz help. (in other words what is a comprehensive VAT Invoice format allowable as per sales tax & income tax.)
